Founded in 1968, IREX has an annual portfolio of $50 million and a staff of over 400 professionals worldwide. IREX and its partner IREX Europe deliver cross-cutting programs and consulting expertise in more than 50 countries.
The Biblionet – Romania program will provide Internet facilities to public libraries across Romania and provide accompanying training and assistance with advocacy for enhanced library support and services. Over the past year, IREX has operated a “Planning” grant for this program in Romania, networking with a wide range of stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of how the national-scale program can be most effectively designed.
Descrierea postului:
IREX seeks a qualified professional to fill the position of Trainer. He/She will design, deliver, evaluate and monitor training courses.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Identify training needs
2. Draw up various reports relating to training
3. Design and deliver training courses
4. Evaluation and monitoring of training courses
5. Use statistical data processing programs
6. Liaison with CNFPA on training program accreditation (aviz IREX: CNFPA - Consiliul de Formare Profesionala a Adultilor, in engleaza si pentru consistenta anuntului - National Adult Training Board)
7. Knowledge on job analysis and occupational standards
Cerinte:
- University degree
- Proven experience in training design and delivery
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- High command of English language
